Master Andy Goh claims that not all of Madoff’s money is lost in investments. Instead, some of it has been moved overseas to a country in southeast direction.
Bernard Madoff is a person to whom his status is paramount. He is a person who wants to be on top of his field and wants others to praise him and follow his way of doing. His entire life, he gained people’s trust through an aura of exclusivity and high status. It is his intelligence, not hard work, that created the wealth for him.
The period of 1995-1999 (age of 57-61) were the best years of his life. Everything he touched turned to gold which, in turn, got him a large amount of wealth and the high status he wants so badly.
His downfall started in year 2000 (age 62) when his investments started to go sour. But for 5 years, he was able to successfully cover up his mistakes.
His luck period came to an abrupt end in 2005 (age 67) and he was no longer able to cover up his investment mistakes. At that time he resorted to illegal means to keep pretence of success in order to sustain his reputation.
Year 2007 brought a huge financial disaster for his investments. All his investments were complete failures. Majority, but not all, of his investment holdings were lost during this time.
The remaining investment holdings were actually moved overseas by his secret romantic partner who also has a daughter with him. She moved the money to a country in southeast direction.
Madoff will go to jail for 15 years where he will die at the age of 82 (2020-2021).

Where did this last line come from? "Madoff will go to jail for 15 years where he will die at the age of 82 (2020-2021)." --particularly the part of "where he will die at the age of 82".

According to his Ba Zi chart, he will lose his freedom for 15 years implying jail term. In addition, it also shows his life ending at age of 82. Since this is before the completion of the 15 years, he will die in jail.
