As everyone knows, luck plays a major role in winning or losing an election or other major events. Breaking news just a few weeks before an election, or an injury to a star player, can make you win or lose. Here are a few steps Master Andy Goh recommends for maximizing anyone’s chances of winning in a major competition. A Ba Zi master well versed in all sects, not just Zi Ping, can assist you with all these steps.

1. Check your Ba Zi chart and luck cycle. Make sure that your Ba Zi chart and your luck cycle are strong and they support your victory. Consider dropping out if they do not.
2. Choose a competition (or election) that falls on the lucky years, months, and days for you. Year is the most important of these accounting for about 40% of the total luck. The month and day are less important but can add about 15% to the winning luck. Master Goh predicts that Hillary Clinton would have won the presidential election if they were held in 2007.
3. Learn about your potential competitors' Ba Zi charts. Check your chances of success against them before you get too involved.
4. Be with the party or team that has luck with them. It may sound unethical but both major parties allow for sufficient diversity for most candidates.
5. Check Ba Zi chart of all your associates or campaign staff. Keep only those who are well suited to your success. This step may be the most time consuming of all.
6. Have your Ba Zi chart compared to all other competitors. Typically you will find some things where you are stronger and others where your competition is stronger. Work on correcting those weaknesses with assistance of a Ba Zi master.
7. Know your competitors’ weaknesses (from Ba Zi chart) and use them as you line of attack.
8. Use Ba Zi techniques to cover your weak points and express only your strongest points.
9. At least a year before the event date, move to a location where Feng Shui supports you 100%. You would need assistance of a Feng Shui master here.
10. Make full use of all tools related to direction, element, sectors, and color that support your victory.
11. You can choose to diminish your competitors’ chances by adding negative Feng Shui features near their house or office. Make sure not to break the law.
